Analysts made daily decisions by piecing together data from four separate sources. I mapped their journeys, identified the flows that mattered most, and designed dashboards that adapt to their changing goals across the week.

I was the only designer on the project, working with business teams and 50+ developers across 5+ internal tools.

Fitness Startup

2023–2025

From UX audit to a redesigned app and a design system for iOS and web.

1FIT is a fitness startup with a B2B2C model, which lets fitness coaches give their clients an app to track their progress.

I started with a UX audit of the iOS app: its main action, logging daily data, was buried two or three levels deep, and the app had no clear primary goal.

As lead designer, I redesigned the client app around daily logging and coach feedback, built a custom design system for iOS, and tailored IBM’s Carbon to the coaches’ web app, migrating the existing screens onto it.

Workout Logger

Side project · 2026

A workout tracker built around muscles, not routines

Most fitness apps assume you follow a fixed plan. I designed Workout Logger for people who train what they feel like: pick a muscle group, tap to log a set, done. It tracks weekly sets per muscle and suggests what to train today based on recovery.

I built it with Claude Code on Supabase and Vercel: a live product with accounts, real data, offline support, in English and Italian. It’s the same way I build working prototypes for clients.
